Plagerism
To me plagerism is a very serious deal. Rather your in school or the work place you should always give credit where credit is due. I havent personally been a victim of plagerism and if it ever happened im not sure on how i would handle it. I do know if it happened at school i would contact my academic advisor and professor and have them handle it. If it was at work i probally would confront them and if that didnt work i would contact the supervisor. Citation is very professional and a must have in soceity.

Ryan, I almost got in trouble for not citing correctly so that is also important. If citations are not in the correct written out form, that could really hurt when it comes to plagiarism. Also remember it is ok to have more in text citations then none.
